Trisha Illana Nayanthara (Eng: If Not Trisha, Then Nayanthara) is a 2015 Indian Tamil adult comedy movie written and directed by Adhik Ravichandran. The film features G.V. Prakash Kumar, Anandhi and Manisha Yadav in the leading roles, with Simran portraying a supporting role. The film was also dubbed in Telugu as Trisha Leda Nayanthara. The film has received mixed reviews from critics. Despite the average reviews, the film was declared a success.
While travelling by train, Jeeva (G.V. Prakash Kumar) tells the ticket collector why he left his home and travelling to Kumbakonam.
When Jeeva was born he was born together with two other girls,Aditi (Manisha Yadav) and Ramya (Anandhi) due to the shortage of room in the hospital. Jeeva is close to his uncle Vishu (VTV Ganesh) and asks for his advice every time when he has problems with girls. The three of them grew up together since young.
When they are studying together in higher secondary, one day Aditi leaves to Bangalore for one week. During this time, Ramya and Jeeva fall in love. Jeeva fears to propose Ramya whereas Ramya proposes to Jeeva and he accepts. That night Ramya visits Jeeva and have romance while roaming around the city. Jeeva revealed to his friend accidentally about his make out session with Ramya. It then started to spread around the school and Ramya got angry with Jeeva and dumped him. She left Chennai to forget him. As she was leaving, Aditi calls Jeeva and proposes her love to Jeeva on the phone which Jeeva accepts.
Their relationship was going well for almost 3 years. One day, Jeeva found out that Aditi was drinking and forced her in giving up drinking as he hates girls drinking. She promised to stop drinking but one day he saw Aditi drinking in a club. He became so angry, scolded her in front of everyone, and left her. Jeeva tells all his story to ticket collector and finally reaches Kumbakonam where his uncle is living…….
