Sathura Adi 3500 (Eng: Square Feet 3500) is a 2017 Indian Tamil horror drama film written and directed by Jaison. Featuring Nikhil Mohan, Iniya, Swathi Deekshith, Felix Kuruvilla ( Dhaya ) and Akash in the lead roles, the film also has veteran actors Rahman, Pratap Pothan and Kovai Sarala in pivotal roles. The film began production during mid-2016 and was released on 4 August 2017 to negative reviews from critics.
Sathura Adi 3500 has a ghost which terrorises various characters. It has a dogged cop, who will not rest until he solves the case he has been handed. It has a romantic track involving a poor mechanic and a well-to-do girl. It has a couple of yesteryear actors who put in sort-of guest appearances. It has a bunch of comedians, who have been funny in many films. It has many unintentionally funny scenes. It even has an item number!
