Jackson Durai is a 2016 Tamil horror comedy film witten and directed by Dharani Dharan, starring Sibiraj, Sathyaraj and Bindu Madhavi in the leading roles,while Karunakaran plays an important role. Featuring music composed by Siddharth Vipin and editing by Vivek Harshan, the film released on 1 July 2016.
The tale runs into a haunted bungalow located amidst Ayanpuram, a deep rooted village somewhere from Selam (Sorry this is the spell you find in the movie for ‘SALEM’). A good for nothing cop (Sibiraj) has been assigned to investigate the occurrence of paranormal behaviours in village. During the mission, he falls in love with a beautiful girl (Bindu Madhavi), daughter of village landlord. As he makes a proposal on marriage, her cousin boy (Karunakaran) too insists on getting her married to him. Now the Landlord sets upon a challenge for both to stay inside the haunted bungalow for a week and the survivor can marry his daughter.
Remember this! Already two smugglers who went inside the bungalow as hideout from police are mysteriously missing.
