Ennul Aayiram is a 2016 Indian Tamil suspense movie written and directed by Krishna Kumar. The film features newcomers Maha and Marina Michael in the lead roles, while Vincent Asokan and Krishnamoorthy play supporting roles, while Vijay Hariharan has donned the hat of assistant director. The film features music composed by Gopi Sunder and is slated to release on 22nd April 2016.
Veteran actor Delhi Ganesh who has acted in more than 400 movies is launching his son Maha aka Mahadevan in a film Ennul Aayiram, which is directed by Krishna, a former assistant of director Vijay.
Mollywood import Marina Michael will make her debut alongside of Maha. Speaking at the promo, Maha said, “After I decided to join films, I heard a lot of scripts. The reason I chose Krishna’s script was the way he narrated the story with screenplay, which was highly impressive. And it is distinctively different.” The young actor added, “Most of the cast are newcomers. Hence, all of us took rehearsals and practice before going for the shoot. This saved our time and we completed the film on time.”
Delhi Ganesh who produces the film is not part of the film even in a cameo role. He said, “Though I am introducing many new faces, I have not compromised on technicians and all those behind the scenes including national award winning composer Gopi Sundar for music are well known for their work.” Speaking about his son Maha, Ganesh said, “I watched a frame in the beginning and I was quite happy with his realistic performance. I am confident that he would make it big in Tamil cinema.”
